Puzzles

Both littles are super into puzzles right now. Yipee. As my children become interested in the things I hoped they would I feel proud and happy and accomplished. As Kelley Corrigan wrote in her book Lift "Mothering you is the first thing of consequence that I have ever done.” I love being a mom. I believe I do a better job at mothering than at any other thing I have tried to do. Sure, I still raise my voice at my children (more than husband but less than the average mom) and I am not as present as I want to be and my kids watch more movies than I would like them too, but, I think I'm doing a pretty good job and when they choose to put together puzzles rather than watch a movies.....we'll I feel proud and happy......like I'm doing the right kind of things with my kids. And.....baby.....they are up to 100 piece puzzles.
