Last week the kids participated in a week long soccer camp. It took place in our local park each eveing. It was a huge success for us. The "coache" were awesome. So awesome that I am crafting an email to the parks and rec director singing their praises. Each day there was a theme including crazy hair day. G really got into crazy hair day.
I didn't manage to get a picture of A's crazy hair. She had Cindy Lou Who braids that were blue.
Both A and G learned so much this week. I was sad on Monday. Super sad, like crying behind my sunglasses at practice sad, as I watched G trying to follow the coaches directions. The kids were told to put on foot on the ball to hold it still while she gave directions. Not possible for Graham, on Monday. However, by Thursday, he could do it. Such a determined little boy. I am one pround mama. Proud of both of my awesome athletes.
