Happy Birthday!

Both Aunt S and Baby E celebrated their birthday in June. We held a belated party for them last week while on holiday. Prior to our trip I took both A and G to the dollar store and had them each pick one gift for Baby E and one gift for Aunt S. This task took about 45 minutes and a great deal of thought on both A and G's behalf. G walked out of our local dollar store with a figurine horse for the baby and a blue bird for Aunt S. A gifted baby E a math based coloring book and Aunt S. recieved a rubber ball. Success. They were very proud of their gifts.
