Initial Watercolors

Have I mentioned that we love watercolors around here.  It is such a quiet Zen activity for us.  We just finished watercolor initials.  I used contacted paper to create a negative letter on the paper and then simply painted with our watercolors.  I left the contact paper on the finished product but some sites I've seen highlighting this project suggest peeling the contact paper letter off when the paints have dried. Either way.....ummmmmmmm.  Zen.
