shoebuy.com

I recently ordered four pair of crocs from shoebuy.com. It is similar to Zappos but not as ummmmmmmmmm, respectable.

Instead of the four pair of shoes I was looking forward to recieving.  I recieved a total of one complete pair of shoes and the left shoes of two of the ordered pairs and one pair was missing.


What?  How does this happen? 
So goofy.  After a ten minute wait time to speak to a customer service representative and then 30 minutes chatting with her I was told that someone would get back to me.
 I guess I'll stick with Zappos next time.
