GIngerbread Houses

We decorated our gingerbread houses yesterday.  I purchased two different kits which I believed both came with a ready made gingerbread house. Apparently, I didn't really read the packaging and we discovered that A's house needed to be assembled.  Husband and Pops went to work putting A's house together while Nana and G organized the candies.

It was about now, when G realized something was wrong with A's house.
Oh no.  The girl was super great about her collapsed home....with her good natured attitude she giggled about her house's fate.  We tried to mend her home by placing cans inside as a support....didn't work so well.  Out came the duct tape.  That didn't work so well either.  Oh well.....process vs. product.

Nana and Pops thought it was super funny.

G went back to work, smirking, thinking.....glad that's not my house.

  1. How fun and creative. Love G's smirk and how happy-go-lucky A was about her house caving in. Enjoy. We'll talk after Christmas.
