This morning A and I got busy with applesauce and cinnamon. G wasn't so interested, so us girls measures and mixed. We used 1 cup applesauce and one cup cinnamon plus a few more shakes of the jar. We mixed up our ingrediences, rolled it out and cut out Valentine's shapes with a cookie cutter. Our mixture was a little bit wet so we had to add a bit extra cinnamon as I mentioned above. I used a chopstick to poke a hole in each "ornament", so that we can hang them with a pretty little ribbon. We have set them aside to dry. They are pretty thick, so I am thinking we have a least a week drying time. I'll keep you posted.
