Embracing the green frugal side of me

I made my own laundry detergent today. Borax plus washing soda plus Dr. Bronner's bar soap, lavander scented.  That's it.   One bar of soap, finely grated, plus one cup of Borax plus one cup of washing soda.  I followed the recipe here.  It's way greener that any store bought laundry detergent and way less expensive.  I've got my first load in. I'll let you know how it goes.
