Birthday Morning

We enjoyed pancake and bacon for G's and A's birthday breakfast.  Followed by coloring and the first present of the day, new pajamas from Nana and Pops.  One of our new birthday traditions that I just started this year is that each child recieved the number of balloons relating to their age.  So this year A had three green balloons and G had three blue balloon. Nana agrees that the balloon tradition is fun but pointed out that I may find myself spending a boatload of money on balloons during their teen years.  Regardless, they so loved these balloons.  Toddler A requested that they be clipped to her back so for the majority of the day she was running around with three balloons trailing behind her.  Breakfast and coloring was followed by Gumby.
