Pajamas

I'm glad my girl isn't so into the whole princess thing.  I haven't really introduced her to all those princesses, Disney or otherwise.  The whole gotta nab the prince before I'm all good thing doesn't sit so great with me.  And Barbies....we're not into those either.  Again my own issues with the hair, 28 inch waist, 28DD....you knowwhat I'm talking about....that's just not the message I want to be sending.  If or when A falls into princess and Barbies then well, so be it but I really am pleased with her lack of interest in the mentioned toys and even more please with her love of books, the beach and all things Pixar.  She and G love love love Toy Story.  The kids got new pajamas today. They each chose Toy Story ones (from the boys department), they don't make girl's Toy Story pajamas.  At first I encouraged her into choosing pajamas from the girl's department.  I 'm not sure why I did that after my most recent rant about Barbie/princess bla bla bla.  Really.though I did try to talk her into a cupcake nightgown and a yellow polka dot set...(why) she wanted the Toy Story ones.though....which really are much much cooler than any of the pajamas in the girl's department.
